WHO WE ARE
Garland Construction was founded in 1993 by our president,
Milton O.S. Garland. Mr. Garland’s received a B.S. in
Architecture from Southern Technical Institute. He has been
managing multi-million dollar commercial construction

Micah McCracken joined the company in 2003 as Project Engineer / Project Manager. Micah received a B.S. in Physics from Presbyterian College in 1998. He then received a Bachelor’s in Engineering (B.E.) from Vanderbilt University in 2000 where he specialized in Soil Mechanics and Structural Engineering. Micah is a registered Professional Engineer.
